He is shown to be very caring to his friends and his teammates. Mostly with a hidden dark attitude, he is a very nice person, but he sometimes becomes determined. His hair also becomes more messier, his eyes become dark red, and his eyebrows are zagged. He has two prongs of hair that reach his shoulders below his ears.

His casual clothes consist of a dark blue-gray black sleeveless hoodie with a square-shaped hood and a light gray zipper, a crimson T-shirt, a brown belt (because a part of it hangs out from his T-shirt, dark blue jeans, and the same sneakers as he wears in the school uniform. His school uniform is the same as other boys in Raimon Junior High, except the fact that he wears red and light bluish gray sneakers with black soles. He wears the Raimon soccer uniform and jacket. Kio has fair skin and slightly messy brown hair that has some bangs parted to the right side.
